The project consists of Seventy Six (76) apartments with some ground floor amenites and a small 4th level amenity area. The building is a four-story and wood framed. It will be an all-electric building with continuous exterior insulation. HVAC system is expected to be Cold Climate Heat Pumps with no ducted outside air. A PV array on the roof will cover all house loads including a central domestic hot water system based on heat pump style electric heaters. Construction is projected to begin in late summer of 2025.
