The Meadows Apartments project was a complete renovation of 60 low income housing units for the Loveland Housing Authority. Each unit was renovated in 4 days including new cabinets, new flooring, new plumbing fixtures including toilet and shower/tub, new lighting fixtures, new paint throughout, new furnace and water heater, and new windows. There were also two buildings that lacked fire sprinklers so those were added in. The exterior update to all of the buildings consisted of new siding and paint, new masonry, new gutters and fascia, crawlspace installation, attic insulation upgrades, installation of radon mitigation systems, exterior light replacement and old decks were replaced with new Trex decks. Additional sitework included installation of fire lines for new sprinklers, replacement of deteriorated concrete, patchwork, seal coating and striping of the park lot, updated landscaping, new playground installation and replacement of site chain link fencing with new Trex privacy fence.
