Uncommon is a 180,000 square foot, mixed-use building comprised of five floors of luxury apartments, one floor of retail and restaurant space, and underground parking. Uncommon’s occupants began moving in to their new apartments in August of 2017. Like its name, the Uncommon building is anything but ordinary. Uncommon’s tenants enjoy a number of luxury amenities including two courtyards, a fitness center, a rock climbing wall, and an entertainment room. The building also boasts a “Ski Experience Room” which includes a ski and snowboard simulator, boot drying rack, and lockers for snow sports gear. Apartments range from studios to three-bedroom apartments with 120 units total. In keeping with the City of Fort Collins’ code requirements, sustainability expectations, and Bike-Friendly Community goals, the building’s first floor includes a bike room with 205 bike racks and two bike work stations for its tenants. The leasing office and amenities can be found on the first floor.
