The exterior of the building accentuates the prevalent craftsman style by emphasizing horizontal lines, featuring stone veneer, and earth-tone vinyl siding. Sustainable design elements that reduce energy consumption and the building’s carbon footprint are incorporated, following the principles of environmental stewardship outlined by Enterprise Green Communities 2020 standards.
