Renovations at Local Assisted Living Community to be Completed by Dohn Construction
Local construction firm selected for the fourth time by senior housing organization
Dohn Construction has been awarded a contract by The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society to complete renovations to 20,000 square feet of apartment and recreational space at the Loveland Good Samaritan Village in Loveland, Colorado. Existing apartment space in the assisted living community will be transformed into both a town center and wellness center for its residents.
The changes being made to the Village will include a number of amenities to increase residents’ quality of life. The Town Center will include a library, meeting rooms, a gaming room, and a general store. The Wellness Center will include aerobics and cardio studio, spa, and juice bar.
“Project after project, we have provided great work for the Good Samaritan Society over the years,” said Doug Dohn, President of Dohn Construction. “The Good Samaritan Society’s presence in the community serves an important need, and we are honored to once again be selected to achieve their mission.”
Dohn Construction is currently working on the new construction of the Good Samaritan Villas, a condominium village in Windsor, CO. Previously, Dohn Construction completed the new construction of the Good Samaritan Society Water Valley Senior Living Resort in Windsor, CO, as well as various additions and renovations to Good Samaritan Society communities in the area.
