Dohn Construction Breaks Ground on Good Samaritan Society - Water Valley Senior Living Resort Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility
Local construction firm begins work on addition to senior living facility in WindsorFort Collins, CO: Dohn Construction, Inc. has begun construction of the Good Samaritan Society – Water Valley Senior Living Resort Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility in Windsor, CO. The project includes the addition of a 56,000 square-foot building with two primary sections. The first is a two-story section with 40 beds for assisted living and the second is a one-story section with 16 beds for memory care patients. The assisted living community will provide multiple common areas for residents along with a chapel/multi-use activity room, dining room, fitness area, salon, and staff support areas. The memory care facility will provide private resident rooms with private baths all centered around a shared community/dining room area and will also feature a courtyard and staff support areas. Dohn Construction President Doug Dohn explains, “We have provided great work for the Good Samaritan Society over the years and this project will be no different.
