Construction Project Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Lead construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and design professionals
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and quality control procedures
- Negotiate subcontractor agreements and material purchases
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Implement solutions to resolve project delays or challenges
- Mentor and train Assistant Project Managers for career growth
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field experience
- Proficiency with project management software (Vista by Viewpoint, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Microsoft Project)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and budgeting
- OSHA 10-hour training certification
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel between job sites and offices as needed

- Competitive Salary – $90,000 - $118,000 based on experience
