What You’ll Do:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, subcontractor bids, and value engineering solutions
- Perform detailed project cost analysis & bid clarifications
- Collaborate with owners, architects, and subcontractors for seamless project execution
- Utilize construction estimating and scheduling software for cost-effective planning
- Participate in proposal presentations, risk assessment, and project handoffs
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in construction estimating
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proficiency with estimating & scheduling software (Vista, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, CostX, Pantera, M.S. Project)
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Must reside in the Northern Colorado area
- Willingness to travel locally for job site evaluations
