Windsor Meadows Workforce Housing is a 5 building, 36-unit, low-income, multifamily apartment project located in. Windsor, Colorado. Phase II has 36 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units, ranging from 600 to 1,100 sq. ft. The site is designed around a large, centrally located community lawn, with the buildings organized along a curvilinear private road and oriented east-west to allow for the installation of a 168 kW “solar garden” photovoltaic system. Davis Bacon wages apply to this project and received Low Income Tax Credits and is CAFHA funded. It is an Enterprise Green Community and the second phase of Windsor Meadows brings the project total to 80 units.
