Poudre Valley Dialysis is the newest branch for Fresenius Medical Care, located in Fort Collins, Colorado. This project featured a tenant finish of 6,395 square feet for the new 13 chair outpatient dialysis clinic within the existing building. The new clinic includes a lobby, exam room, lounge, conference room, office and water treatment. The site work included associated mechanical, plumbing and electrical work.
