This project is a 7,400 square foot tenant finish project in the LEED® certified Skypond Office Building.  The improvements to the Eye Center of Northern Colorado consisted of a laser surgery center and an eye clinic located on the first floor of an occupied two-story building.  The state-of-the-art clinic offers routine and medical eye care, a full service optical department, facial cosmetic procedures and an elliptical Lasik room with glass walls for viewing.
