This project is an 8,177 SF remodel of an existing metal building into a state-of-the-art full service animal hospital for Advanced Animal Care.  The interior space was renovated to include offices, exam rooms, radiology, surgery rooms, indoor therapy pool, doggy day care center, boarding facilities, and a cat mezzanine. All mechanical systems have been replaced and updated to fit the new occupant; including new roof top HVAC units, new make-up air unit, dehumidification system at the pool, and radiant floor heat. The exterior of the building has been updated with new paint and stucco patches. The sitework includes a new concrete parking lot, new landscaping and a synthetic turf in the doggie daycare area.
