The New Face of Sigma Phi Epsilon

The young men of Sigma Phi Epsilon (SigEp) have a new place to call home, after the recent completion of the $2.7M renovation of the Colorado State fraternity building. The renovation helped turn the historic building into an “innovative living-learning environment” with a second story library addition.
Working with the Fort Collins Landmark preservation commission, Dohn renovated the exterior to historically accurate conditions. Interior improvements include a vaulted ceiling library, new finishing, and remodeled kitchen and bathrooms.
Dohn leadership including Doug, Connie, and Stephanie Dohn, as well as Erik Berlin (Business Development), John Rehmer (Project Manager), and Nick Willman (Superintendent) attended the ribbon cutting ceremony on May 23rd. Also in attendance was Superintendent Ron Shimpa, who, though not a part of the SigEP construction team, happens to be a SigEp alum.
