Dohn Construction, Inc. is a founding member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) of Northern Colorado and has been involved in a number of marquee green building projects that utilize the USGBC Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) rating system.  LEED is a third-party certification program and the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high-performance green buildings. 

LEED certification is a valuable design and construction tool and the process translates into lower overall lifecycle costs for the end user.  Working directly with our customers to help manage the LEED documentation and recommend the proper rating system allows our clients the ability to achieve the highest certification level possible.  Our in-house LEED Accredited Professionals are here to provide the expertise needed to ensure a successful LEED project.
