Project Description:  This state-of-the-art 68,982 square foot facility is a medically supervised health and fitness center located in Windsor, CO. The project includes a two-story wellness and aquatic center and a three-story medical office building. The project is LEED® Certified.  The building houses pulmonary rehabilitation, physical therapy, cardiac rehabilitaion, welleness services and radiology services.  The center also offers personal training, lap pool, group fitness, computerized fitness tracking,
exercise equip ment and lifestyle classes.
