Project Description:  This project is an 8,177 SF remodel of an existing metal building into a state-of-the-art full service animal hospital. The interior space was renovated to include offices, exam rooms, radiology, surgery rooms, indoor therapy pool, doggy day care center, boarding facilities and a cat mezzanine. All mechanical systems were replaced and updated to fit the new occupant. Including new roof top HVAC units, new make-up air unit, dehumidification system at the pool and radiant floor heat. The exterior of the building was updated with new paint and stucco patches. The sitework included a new concrete parking lot, synthetic turf dogs and new landscaping.
