Project Description: This project was a complete renovation of the historic Poudre Valley Bank building located in downtown Fort Collins. The renovation turned this out of date bank into a contemporary 4,373 square foot restaurant. In the main dining area, the existing coffered plaster ceiling were restored to preserve the orginal building's craftsman ship. The exterior of the building was completely rehabilitated with preservation and cleaning of the granite and sandstone surfaces. Three new windows, new canopies and an outdoor seating area were also added.
The building won the 2011 Annual Preservation Award from the Fort Collins Historical Society.
