Project Description:   This project was a remodel of a 2,700 square foot restaurant located in downtown Fort Collins, Colorado.  Extensive millwork and upscale interior finishes were used to turn this out of date eatery into a contemporary bistro.  A bar and waiting area were built as well as a private dinning room.  A new storefront facade and an outdoor seating area were also added to this historic building.
